Simply click on the Pending Transactions screen to view all new orders which have come through to you. All transactions which are waiting to be approved can be found here. As soon as you login you will see if you have any pending transactions. An excellent way to keep track of orders. |

The inquiries section allows our customer support staff to communicate with your staff and the customer directly through the transaction screen. Whenever an inquiry is launched or replied to, the new message gets sent directly to the client and is viewable in the inquiries section and in the customer’s account.
